When using optional cloud backups or remote syncing, data is encrypted in transit and at rest using system-native encryption and secure HTTP protocols. You remain in control of your custom clinic password used for securing your environment.

You own 100% of your data. The clinic database is structured in open standards (such as JSON). You can export your data, back it up locally (e.g., to a USB drive), or migrate it to another platform at any time from within the App.

You can initiate a complete account deletion and data purging process at any time directly from within the App's settings menu.
